The Autumn at Rickham
First, some pictures that aren't at Rickham.
Andy's sister got married in the Summer and here
are some photos:

We went to the Otter Sanctuary and Butterfly farm by way
of the South Devon Railway:

Of course, not everything went quite as well.
During one of the 100+ mile per hour "breezes" our little shed suffered from a
partial collapse. The south-facing wall split and its windows decided to
disappear into little shards of glass. Here's the view of it now protected by
tarpaulin until we can rebuild it:

Oh well!
When the weather calmed down (and
the school holidays started) we set up the scaffolding and brought the weather
sensor array down for repair. We've had troubles with the wind speed sensor
before but the air temperature was getting suspect too. By removing the cables
from the rusted connectors and soldering the connections instead we hope we've
fixed things for a while:

Here you can see one of
the rusted connectors |

Here's the wires ready
for soldering |
